Complete Fleet Inventory

We maintain a diverse fleet purpose-built for IBC tote transport. Every vehicle is equipped for safe, efficient container handling. Here is a detailed breakdown of every vehicle type in our fleet, their capabilities, and when each is deployed.

16-Foot Box Trucks

4 in fleet

Capacity: 6-8 totes

Our smallest delivery vehicles, ideal for tight urban environments, residential deliveries, and small business locations with limited access. Feature hydraulic lift gates rated to 2,500 lbs for easy loading at facilities without dock access. Enclosed cargo area protects totes from weather during transit. Can navigate narrow driveways, alleys, and parking lots that larger vehicles cannot access. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: 14,000 lbs.

  • Hydraulic lift gate (2,500 lb capacity)
  • Enclosed cargo protection from weather
  • Tight space maneuverability (26-foot turning radius)
  • No CDL required for our drivers
  • Ideal for farms, small businesses, residential

26-Foot Box Trucks

6 in fleet

Capacity: 10-16 totes

Our medium-capacity workhorses for standard deliveries. These trucks balance capacity with maneuverability. Equipped with lift gates and interior E-track tie-down systems for securing loads. The enclosed box body keeps totes clean and protected. These trucks run our daily regional routes to Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, and Akron. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: 26,000 lbs.

24-Foot Flatbed Trucks

5 in fleet

Capacity: 16-24 totes

Open-bed design allows quick loading and unloading from any side, making them efficient for multi-stop routes and locations where totes are staged at ground level. Totes are secured with ratchet straps and corner protectors to prevent damage during transit. Flatbeds are preferred for pickup routes where speed of loading is important. Our flatbeds feature stake pockets for taller loads and optional tarps for weather protection. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: 33,000 lbs.

  • Multi-side loading access (360-degree)
  • Ratchet strap and corner protector securing
  • Stake pockets for tall or mixed loads
  • Optional weather tarps available

53-Foot Semi-Trailers

3 tractors, 8 trailers

Capacity: 60-80 totes

For bulk orders and large-scale operations, our 53-foot semi-trailers maximize efficiency. A single trailer can carry 60 to 80 empty totes (nested and stacked) or 20-24 full totes on pallets. We use air-ride suspension to minimize vibration and protect cargo during long-haul transport. These units are deployed for full-truckload orders, facility relocations, and multi-site pickup runs. Our tractors are equipped with in-cab GPS, dashcam, and electronic logging devices (ELD).

  • 60-80 empty tote capacity (nested)
  • 20-24 full tote capacity (palletized)
  • Air-ride suspension for cargo protection
  • Lowest per-unit transport cost
  • ELD-compliant for regulatory hours-of-service

Specialized Equipment on Every Truck

Propane Forklift

On-truck forklift for sites without loading equipment. 5,000 lb capacity. Standard 27-inch fork spacing matches IBC pallet openings.

Ratchet Straps & Protectors

DOT-rated ratchet straps (5,000 lb working load) with padded corner protectors to prevent cage and bottle damage during transit.

Spill Kit

30-gallon spill response kit with absorbent pads, containment booms, nitrile gloves, and disposal bags. Meets DOT requirements.

PPE & Safety Gear

Hard hats, steel-toe boots, high-visibility vests, safety glasses, and cut-resistant gloves for every crew member.

Route Optimization & GPS Tracking

Every truck in our fleet is equipped with real-time GPS tracking and our proprietary route optimization software. This technology serves two purposes: it minimizes fuel consumption and emissions, and it gives you complete visibility into where your delivery is at all times.

Our route optimization system analyzes all pending deliveries and pickups, groups them by geographic proximity, assigns the right vehicle size for each route, and calculates the most fuel-efficient sequence. On average, our routing reduces per-delivery emissions by 30% compared to point-to-point scheduling and saves approximately 15,000 gallons of diesel fuel per year.

When your order ships, you receive a tracking link via email or text message. The tracking page shows the current location of your delivery on a live map, the estimated time of arrival, the number of stops remaining before yours, and any route changes due to traffic or weather.

Our dispatch team monitors all routes in real-time from our Columbus operations center. If a truck encounters a delay, our dispatcher proactively contacts affected customers to update the delivery window. You should never be left wondering where your totes are or when they will arrive.

Loading, Unloading & Stacking Procedures

IBC totes require careful handling to prevent damage. Our drivers and crew follow strict protocols for every stage of the transport process.

Loading Procedures

Forklift operators approach each tote at center-point with forks at standard 27-inch spacing to prevent pallet damage and ensure balanced lifting.
Forks are inserted fully through the pallet before lifting. Partial fork insertion risks tipping and pallet breakage.
Totes are lifted no more than 6 inches above ground during transit across the facility to minimize drop height in case of tip.
On flatbed trucks, totes are placed in rows starting from the front bulkhead and working backward. Each row is strapped before the next row is loaded.
Ratchet straps are tightened to firm contact without over-compression. Corner protectors are placed on every tote that contacts a strap.
Empty totes are nested (stacked inside each other) when cage design permits. Nested totes are banded together with poly strapping.
Loading crew performs a final walk-around inspection of the loaded truck before departure, checking strap tension, tote stability, and clearance.

Stacking During Transport

Empty totes may be stacked up to 4 high on trucks when properly secured. Each layer is separated by anti-slip mats to prevent shifting.
Full totes are NEVER stacked during transport. Each full tote occupies one pallet position on the truck floor or trailer deck.
In semi-trailers, empty totes are nested 3-4 deep and banded, then placed in rows from front to back with load bars between rows.
Stacking height must not exceed the truck body or trailer height. All loads must clear overhead obstacles with a minimum 6-inch safety margin.
Weight distribution is monitored to keep the load centered on the truck axles. Front-heavy or rear-heavy loads are adjusted before departure.

Unloading Procedures

Straps are released in reverse order (back to front). A crew member stabilizes each row as straps are removed.
Totes are unloaded one at a time and placed at the customer-designated location: dock, warehouse floor, yard, or staging area.
Driver confirms placement with the customer before departing. Photos are taken of delivered totes at their final position.
Delivery receipt is signed confirming quantity, condition, and placement. Customer receives a digital copy via email.

Scheduling System

We understand that your operation runs on a schedule. Our transportation service is designed to fit your timeline, not the other way around. Here are all the scheduling options available.

Appointment Scheduling

For facilities that require specific arrival times (within a 1-hour window), we offer appointment scheduling. This is ideal for facilities with shared docks, limited staging areas, or union work rules governing receiving hours.

Insurance & Liability Coverage

Every shipment is fully insured. Our comprehensive insurance program protects your totes, your facility, and your operation throughout the transport process.

$1,000,000 per occurrence

Covers property damage and bodily injury at your facility during loading and unloading operations. If our forklift damages your dock, our insurance covers the repair.

Auto Liability

$1,000,000 per accident

All vehicles are insured for bodily injury and property damage while on the road. This protects against accidents involving our trucks during transport of your cargo.

Workers Compensation

Statutory limits

All drivers and crew members are covered by workers compensation insurance. If a team member is injured at your facility during loading or unloading, our coverage applies. You are not liable.

Environmental Liability

$500,000 per occurrence

Safety Protocols

Safety is not optional in our operation. Every driver, crew member, and dispatcher follows strict safety protocols that protect people, cargo, and property at every stage.

All drivers hold valid CDL with clean driving records. HAZMAT endorsement required for drivers handling totes with chemical residue.
Pre-trip vehicle inspection performed before every route: brakes, tires, lights, straps, forklift, and spill kit are verified functional.
Maximum driving hours comply with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations. Electronic logging devices (ELD) ensure compliance automatically.
Speed governors set to 65 MPH on all trucks. No exceptions.
Cell phone use prohibited while driving. Hands-free communication only during stops.
Defensive driving training required annually for all drivers. Third-party certification.

Bulk Transport Solutions

Large-scale operations need a transportation partner that can handle volume. Whether you are relocating an entire tote inventory, setting up a new facility, or running a large recycling program, our bulk transport capabilities are built for the job.

We regularly coordinate multi-truck shipments of 200 or more totes, staggered across multiple days or delivered all at once depending on your receiving capacity. Our logistics team works with your warehouse manager to develop a delivery plan that minimizes disruption and maximizes efficiency.

Bulk transport pricing is highly competitive. When you fill a full trailer, the per-unit transport cost drops to its lowest possible level. We pass those savings directly to you, making it more affordable to move large quantities of totes.

Multi-Day Delivery Planning

For orders exceeding single-day receiving capacity, we create a staggered delivery schedule. Example: 200 totes delivered as 3 trailer loads over 3 consecutive days, with each load arriving at your specified morning or afternoon window. Our logistics team coordinates with your warehouse to ensure each load is placed before the next arrives.
