Our volume discounts start at just 10 totes. There is no minimum commitment or contract required. You can place a single bulk order or set up recurring deliveries.
Can I mix tote types in a single bulk order?
Yes. You can combine reconditioned, food-grade, stainless steel, 275-gallon, and 330-gallon totes in a single order. The volume discount is based on total quantity regardless of mix.
How quickly can you fulfill a large order?
Orders of 10 to 50 totes typically ship within 48 hours. Orders of 50 to 100 are staged within 5 business days. Orders above 100 may require 7 to 10 business days depending on inventory and custom requirements.
Do you offer payment terms for bulk buyers?
Yes. Qualified business customers can apply for Net-30 payment terms. For recurring programs, we offer monthly invoicing aligned with your delivery schedule.
Can I return totes if they do not meet my requirements?
Every tote is backed by our quality guarantee. If any tote does not meet the specifications agreed upon in your order, we will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund.
Do you deliver outside Ohio for bulk orders?
Yes. While our own fleet covers all of Ohio, we arrange freight shipping nationwide for bulk orders. Delivery fees for out-of-state orders are quoted on a per-order basis.
